Overview
Users can enable email & text alerts that apply for both equipment and assets where the locator or tag detects the object leaving the site outside of operating hours.
Alert Logic
Trigger Condition: The alert is activated if a locator/equipment or asset/tag pair reports a position offsite outside of operating hours when their last known position was onsite. This ensures this alert is only triggered on a state change.
Recipients: Alerts are dispatched to all listed email addresses and phone numbers for this alert. This includes non-users and disregards individual notification preferences.
Alert Management
The alert setting, SMS list, and email list for this alert can be managed in two places by users:
The "Alert Rules" page within a location
The location "create & edit" form
