When viewing an Equipment, Locator, Asset, or Tag that has a position, users can get directions or share location by clicking on the action menu (︙) at the top of the screen.

Clicking on Directions will present the options to copy the position to the clipboard, open in Apple Maps (if you’re using iOS), or open in Google Maps.

In Apple Maps, you will be able to see the name of the item on the map while on Google Maps it will only display the position coordinates.

When choosing the option to share an item’s location, the app will allow you to open one of the mobile phone apps such as text message or email, and the RecovR app will automatically populate a message with “Open [Item Name]’s position in Google Maps" with a Good Maps link to the latitude and longitude coordinates of the item’s current position.
